Community Support and Resources

Students, faculty, researchers, academic personnel, and staff can find a wide array of resources and services across the University. This includes human resources programs and policies, health and wellness offerings across campus, research centers and academic initiatives, and opportunities to share your story and inspire others.

Harvard Divinity School Multifaith Calendar

The Harvard Divinity School (HDS) Multifaith Calendar is a resource that can help event planners avoid scheduling conflicts during religious holidays and observances. You can use the HDS Multifaith Calendar to view the observances of multiple religious traditions or a single tradition. The HDS Multifaith Calendar is not exhaustive and HDS welcomes your suggestions. 

The HDS Multifaith Calendar webpage offers more information and additional search options. HDS also provides a glossary with a brief description of each holiday as well as a link to information about the religious tradition of each holiday.

Harvard International Office

The Harvard International Office (HIO) is part of the University’s Central Administration and offers services to international students and scholars at the University. HIO provides information on a wide range of topics, including immigration issues, work permits, travel, financial questions, adjustment to life in the United States, and other resources.

Office for Community Support, Non-Discrimination, Rights and Responsibilities

CSNDR works with the Harvard community to foster an environment free from discrimination, interpersonal violence, and the impacts of such harm.

Harvard Chaplains

The Harvard Chaplains are a professional community of more than forty chaplains, representing many of the world’s religious, spiritual, and ethical traditions, who share a collective commitment to serving the spiritual needs of the students, faculty, researchers, and staff of Harvard University.

Harvard Ombuds Office

The Harvard Ombuds Office is a confidential resource available to anyone from Harvard’s community. A discussion with an Ombuds can help a visitor voice concerns, clarify goals and consider options so that they can make their own best decisions about next steps.   • Report or share a concern regarding the University's Policies and Procedures for Non-Discrimination, Anti-Bullying, Sexual Harassment, and Other Sexual Misconduct via the Office for Community Support, Non-Discrimination, Rights and Responsibilities (CSNDR) on the CSNDR website.

  • You can find resources and supports for community members on the Resources in Times of Crisis website.

  • If you are being hazed, have witnessed a hazing incident, or believe a student group is engaged in hazing, please report it via the Hazing Incident Reporting form.
