Newsletter Submissions

Community and Campus Life welcomes content submissions for inclusion in our bimonthly newsletter. We consider submissions including events, news items, funding opportunities, and more. Your submission should align with Harvard's community values, strengthen connections across difference, promote dialogue, and cultivate a culture of belonging for everyone on campus. 

Newsletter Submissions 

Community and Campus Life is now accepting submissions for our bimonthly newsletter.

We include community news and events that highlight the ways Harvard is cultivating a culture of full participation, mutual respect, and belonging.

Detailed submission guidelines are listed below, and a full editorial calendar with submission deadlines and publication dates is available below.

To submit an item for consideration, email your submissions to ccl@harvard.edu  with “Newsletter submission” as part of the subject line.

Submissions require two weeks in advance of publication. View the publication schedule and deadlines below.

EVENTS 

• Events should be Harvard sponsored (by a school, department, club, etc.) and open to all Harvard community members
• Events must include: event date, time, location, host organization, and a registration link or web page for more information
• Events are typically included in the edition that immediately precedes the event date. If your event requires more notice, please indicate this as part of your submission

NEWS

• News and event titles should aim for 12 words or fewer  
• News submissions should include an accompanying image sized at least 1200 x 1200 pixels or larger

Editorial schedule and submission deadlines
