Applications are now open for 2026-2027 Resident Fellows in the Administrative Fellowship Program (AFP)! Now in its 37th year, AFP continues to make positive impacts on both the individual and institutional level, by offering a specialized leadership development program for Fellows and showcasing the University’s commitment to creating an inclusive community where everyone can thrive. Recent AFP cohorts report increases in confidence, sense of belonging, connection across units, and leadership readiness.
