Supports events open and accessible to the entire College community and fosters a vibrant campus by advancing intercultural understanding, offering transformative educational opportunities, and supporting student growth.

A cross-school initiative designed to explore listening as a generative, creative, and relational practice. The yearlong pilot includes six immersive workshops that cultivate embodied experiences of connection and redefine what belonging can feel like on campus. This project team is the recipient of the Harvard Culture Lab Innovation Fund 2025-2026.

Express Grants provide $200–$1,500 support to students, faculty, staff, and fellow-led initiatives that supplement campus events, projects, and programs that fuel participation.

An innovation fund that awards competitive grants of up to $15,000 for teams to pilot and scale ideas that advance a culture of mutual respect and full participation at Harvard.

Awards students up to $5,000 for projects that foster a culture of pluralism at Harvard by building cross-cutting community among students outside the classroom.

Supports faculty collaboration across multiple Harvard Schools. 

Covers unexpected disability‑related costs for Harvard schools/units/student organizations to ensure accessibility.
