The Dependent Care Fund (DCF) provides funding to help with caregiving costs during short-term professional travel for Harvard ladder faculty.

Ability Plus seeks to provide resources and uncover channels to advocacy, networking, and career development for its members. Through these efforts to bring increased visibility to this mission, Ability Plus also highlights the unique strengths and diversity within Harvard’s disability community. 

The Association of Harvard Latinx Faculty and Staff is dedicated to supporting the Latinx community at Harvard University. 

Seven on-campus childcare centers serve children of faculty, staff, postdocs, students, other Harvard affiliates, and members of the community.

As one of the Employee Resource Groups, the Harvard Asian Pacific Islander Desi Association of Faculty and Staff (HAPIDA) was established to promote awareness and provide support for Asian, Asian American, and Pacific Islander faculty and staff.

Harvard Neighbors is a campus organization for active and retired Harvard staff and faculty, visiting scholars and researchers, postdoctoral fellows and program fellows, and their spouses or partners at Harvard University, who attend and/or lead various interest groups and events.

The Harvard Student Parents and Caregiver Network (HSPCN) works to engage Harvard community members and affiliates from across all schools of the University to support Harvard student parents and caregivers.   

The Harvard Jewish and Israeli Staff and Faculty Association (JISFA) is dedicated to providing a supportive and safe space for members to build community and cultivate relationships across campus, explore Jewish and Israeli identities and interests, and engage in dialogue about issues related to our multifaceted experiences. 

The mission of the LGBTQ+ Staff and Faculty Employee Resource Group (QERG) of Harvard University is to ensure that Harvard is a welcoming and inclusive workplace for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, nonbinary, and queer employees.
