Harvard University explores requests for reasonable accommodations from individuals with disabilities. We encourage you build accessibility at the front-end, in both practice and budget planning, as you would catering, AV or other event needs.

The ATLL is a community resource providing opportunities to faculty, staff and students to try technology to see if it will benefit them and borrow technology for personal use. The lab provides short-term and long-term equipment loans, software licenses* and user testing.

Digital Accessibility Services (DAS) offers live instructor-led trainings for the Harvard community on topics such as content creation, development, documents, and testing. DAS has also curated a series of self-paced training courses that provide quick overviews of popular accessibility topics.

Students who wish to request alterations, changes, or modifications to any Harvard policy, practice or procedure (i.e. to request reasonable accommodations), should contact their school's Local Disability Coordinator (LDC). Many LDCs have resources and forms posted on their website to initiate a request. Please see the listing of Local Disability Coordinators to find your School’s contact person or office for this interactive process.
