Photos may be used for recruitment materials, publications, and other forms of media. The multifaceted project also includes a welcome video and virtual art show. This project team is the recipient of the Harvard Culture Lab Innovation Fund 2025-2026.

The initiative is a collaboration between Student Accessibility Advisory Group (SAAG) and Harvard University disability coordinators, student services, Harvard Art Museums, the Office of the Arts, and University Disability Resources.
